I’m Amy. For more than 20 years, I’ve built a career (and three companies) on people skills that make conversations easier, confidence stronger, and relationship-building feel natural rather than awkward. I teach practical networking tools and communication skills that help you grow your confidence and connect without the cringe.

As the CEO of Last Night’s Game and Cultivate A Network of Champions, former Chair of IrishAngels, corporate exec, podcaster and adjunct professor, I’ve walked into plenty of rooms where I didn’t look or sound like everyone else, and still built a network that opened doors.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I’ve spent years navigating rooms where I didn’t feel like I belonged, whether it was classrooms, boardrooms, or moving to countries I’d never been to. I know what it feels like to walk into a room and not know a soul. I also know the power of saying yes anyway. Those yeses, big and small, are what shaped me. They helped me build three businesses, speak on stages I once felt intimidated by, and create a network of champions who continue to change my life.

I created the Networking Is a Piece of Cake framework because I believe connection shouldn’t feel like a chore or a performance. It should feel like you: curious, confident, and completely capable. Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading a workshop, or emceeing your event, I’m here to help people leverage what makes them unique and use it to spark connections—because champions build champions, and it all starts with a spark.
