I’m Amy, and for more than 20 years, I’ve built a career (and three companies) on doing things differently. I’ve connected with millions of people on stages, in boardrooms, across oceans, and, yes, in those awkward, name-tagged conference rooms, to help them turn conversations into career moves.

As the CEO of Last Night’s Game and Cultivate A Network Of Champions, Chair Emeritus of IrishAngels, corporate executive, and adjunct professor, I’ve shown up in a lot of rooms where I didn’t look or sound like everyone else, and still owned the space.

The secret? A Network of Champions.

The kind built on real talk, curiosity, and showing up as yourself, not a walking elevator pitch. Small talk done right isn’t small at all. It’s your starting line.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I’ve spent years navigating rooms where I didn’t feel like I belonged, whether it was classrooms, boardrooms, or moving to countries I’d never been to. I know what it feels like to walk into a room and not know a soul. I also know the power of saying yes anyway. Those yeses, big and small, are what shaped me. They helped me build three businesses, speak on stages I once felt intimidated by, and create a network of champions who continue to change my life.

I created the Networking Is a Piece of Cake framework because I believe connection shouldn’t feel like a chore or a performance. It should feel like you: curious, confident, and completely capable. Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading a workshop, or emceeing your event, I’m here to help people leverage what makes them unique and use it to spark connections—because champions build champions, and it all starts with a spark.
